Refund Policy
We want every MerryPlug order to arrive in good condition and match what was ordered.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Email support@merryplug.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Eligible claims receive a free replacement or another appropriate remedy.
Returns
Before returning an item, contact support for instructions. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted. Returned items should be unused and include their original packaging.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
Exceptions
Gift wrapping and opened surprise items are not normally returnable unless damaged, defective or required by applicable law.
