Shipping Policy
MerryPlug orders include tracked shipping to supported United States addresses.

Delivery estimate
Delivery usually takes 6–9 business days after dispatch. Busy holiday periods, weather and carrier delays may affect this estimate.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent to the email used at checkout once the parcel has been dispatched. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show its first update.
Address changes
Email support@merryplug.com as soon as possible if the delivery address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing.
Lost or damaged parcels
Contact support with your order number and, for visible damage, clear photographs. Eligible transit issues are handled under our Refund Policy.
